Gentle Yoga in the Park

This gentle yoga class is perfect for all levels of experience. We will focus on slow, mindful movements and breathwork to help you relax and de-stress the fresh morning air. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

What to Bring:

A yoga mat, a water bottle, and any props that you might find helpful (such as blocks or straps).

What to Expect:

We will start with a warm-up and then move into a series of gentle poses. We will focus on breathwork and meditation to help you relax and de-stress. We will end with a cool-down and relaxation.

This class will be held every Friday at 10:00am. The class will last for 45 minutes.

Location:
The class will be held in the park, in the open grass area. Look for the group of people with yoga mats.
