We’re thrilled to have you join our vibrant community of instructors at Yoga at the Park (YAP). If you haven’t done so yet, please register for a free profile and share any information you’d like potential students to know about you.

1. Start Your Instructor Application

Once logged in, you can access your dashboard and begin your Instructor application by clicking the "Start Application" button. Complete the required information, and please allow up to 48 hours for approval.

2. Application Approval and Payment Setup

After your application is approved, you’ll receive instructions in your dashboard on how to set up your payment portal. This step is essential for receiving funds from your classes, ensuring you’re compensated promptly and securely.

3. List Your Classes and Choose Locations

Once your payment setup is complete, you can begin listing your yoga classes. Choose a park from our list, or if you have a new location in mind, feel free to suggest it. Your suggested park should be approved within 24-48 hours or less. Flexibility is key—schedule your classes at times that suit you best, whether it’s a morning session or an evening flow. 

4. Promote Your Classes

To attract students, make use of our promotional tools and share your class listings. You can share links on social media, send them to your network via email, or take advantage of our platform’s built-in features. Offering a promo code for first-time students can be a great way to encourage new sign-ups.

5. Manage Attendance and Stay Safe

Easily manage your class attendance directly through our platform. All payments are handled online, so you can concentrate on teaching. Remember, to ensure coverage under YAP's insurance, all participants must register through the platform. We also encourage you to familiarize yourself with our safety guidelines to provide the best experience for your students.

6. Get Paid

Once your classes are completed, your earnings will be processed and sent to you through your payment portal. We aim to make this process as seamless as possible so that you can focus on what you love—teaching yoga. See YAP fee schedule and potential earnings. 

7. Support and Resources

At YAP, we are committed to supporting your success. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is always here to help. Additionally, we offer a variety of resources to help you grow as an instructor and build a sustainable practice in the great outdoors.
