❤️Yoga is my passion. I love to practice and teach yoga! I am 200 RYT Yoga Alliance certified. I am also trained in Christian Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Fusion, Breathwork, and Meditation. I will forever be a student for I am learning new techniques and technologies everyday.
I take my faith in Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and teach with love, kindness, and generosity to help any way I can.
I am truly grateful for all God has given me. My amazing husband, and beautiful, bright children make my life complete.
